What does the advertising ban mean?
You must use a condom during intercourse (oral, vaginal, anal). Customers who do not use a condom can be fined.
Managers of establishments must post a prominently visible notice with information on the compulsory use of condoms.
Advertising for prostitution is banned if it places children or adolescents at risk. The ban on advertising intercourse without a condom or intercourse with expectant mothers is new.
An infringement of this ban on advertising is an administrative offence. It is punishable by fines of up to €10,000.
